- Созданы директории: docker/, scripts/, config/
- Перемещены файлы Docker (Dockerfile, entrypoint.sh) в docker/
- Перемещены утилитарные скрипты в scripts/
- Шаблон конфигурации перенесен в config/
- Веб-сервер перемещен в web/ и переименован в server.py
- Обновлены пути в docker-compose.yml, Dockerfile и entrypoint.sh
