+Execute `docs/goals/compact-menu/PLAN.md` with Krypton Execution. Implement the approved mock while preserving all existing auth and connection actions. Use real CLI timestamps, retain older-CLI fallback, keep credentials in the CLI, and report that native visual/live acceptance is untested. Preserve all prior dirty changes.
